Early Film by Orson Welles is Rediscovered
Just read this New York Times article. It always amazes me when something as unique and important as this is unearthed after decades in limbo. This find brings to mind the complete print of Metropolis found in Argentina in 2010. And in 2011 dedicated Doctor Who fans were treated to the slightly less groundbreaking but still remarkable find of episode three of Doctor Who’s Galaxy 4 from 1965.
I’m excited to see what this ends up looking like after the clean up.
